In 2004, a soft lure factory in Japan was established, with only one second-hand soft lure molding machine. Since then, this factory has traveled their path to study for the best lure. While it has been successfully helping other brands with their dedicated study, they reached their next stage to have their own brand.

This is the start of the brand EZ Lab.

As history tells us, there is no doubt that it can produce something that works.

While the soft lure is made as a simple one piece of soft PVC material, the story to make the better one for fishing is not simple.

Take this MIZUNAMI as an example. There are many factors to decide in producing this product.

The total shape and the face are important but actually superficial. The selection of material decides the softness and it can be a deciding factor in how it swims. And how the thickness of ribs should be, how thick the connecting part between ribs, how thick the tail should be, etc.

For the inexperienced lure builder, all these small but important factors are to be fixed by trial-and-error. It is not just an error of drawing, because this trial can only be made with a build mold and the error can be detected only after it is molded.

For EZ Lab, these things can be decided from their rich experience, or the mastery of the designs.
